Our on-site team includes qualified carpenters, supported by apprentices working through their carpentry qualifications.

Project Management
We offer full project management for your contract. A contracts manager supervises overall site works and liaises with architects, engineers and other professionals on a regular basis. We aim to make the building process a professional, enjoyable experience.
Early Contractual Involvement
Early involvement to control costs, manage design changes, and ensure project objectives stay on budget.
Contract Expertise & Management
Expert oversight of NZIA Conditions of Contract, 3910, and Master Builders contracts. Coordinating site works and liaising with architects, engineers and other stakeholders.
Quantity Surveying
Accurate tracking of expenditure, variations and contingency funds throughout the project.
Full Support
Full-time office administrator ensures there’s always someone to answer your calls and assist you.
